Reducing Length of Long Face, Is this Possible?

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if an individual has a long mid-third of the face (distance between eyes and lips), can the nose be shortened and the lips and jaw moved up to make the face less long? Or is this unrealistic? If so, what options can be used?

Reducing a long Face

Craniofacial surgery techniques allow for removal of variable width segments of the maxillae thereby shortening it. The operation is highly demanding and is not performed commonly in cosmetic surgery.
