Redness Without Improvement in Day 4 of VI Peel?

Hello I did VI peel 3 days ago the problem is that after the doctor put the acid on my face he goes to his office then nurse told me to wash my face after that the doctor was angry from nurse and he told me that I will put the acid or mask on your face again. After that he put the mask but I don't think that he put a lot not like the fist time. he told me to use one pad on each night but night 3 my face starts to peel and by mistake I have pull off some flakes and now my face is red what to do?
