What to Do About Redness/swelling. Profractional Done 2/20.

Now 2/23 and redness persists, looks like sun poisoning per friend.This AM under eyes, fluid rippling. Spoke to MD. Put on pred taper,120 mg today, 80 mg tomorrow, then 60mg next day, final dose 20 mg day 4. Some panic here. I have a port wine stain on back that doesn't look this bright. To f/u with MD over phone tomorrow. Comment? Also had been on Keflex one week prior to cont x14 days total.
