Redness 6 Months After Having a Non-ablative Starlux 1540, Normal?

My skin was in excellent condition when the office suggested to try the non ablative star lux palamor 1540. The procedure was performed on thursday,by saturday ,I have enlarged pores whiteheads all over and red as a tomato.A week later i went back in and the nurse tried to even it out because it was so streaky and blocthy. It has been 7months and its still has a distinct border of redness on both cheeks and hyperpigmetation. When I exercise it becomes beet red and stays that way for a few hours
