Hard Lines From Redexis - Dangerous?

I had four vials injected in May 2010, since then I have found that it has not disolved, my face around my mouth and chin where the redexis was injected has turned into hard lines. I have had saline injections, but that did not work too well. What can the problem be and is there a solution. Can this turn into something unhealthy and dangerous. Should I consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon?????
