How to Get Rid of Red Spots from Pulse Dye Laser?

Two of the spots look different than the rest. Most are a uniform reddish color and are fading at the same rate. But 2 of them look a bit raw and have small red lines running through them.

The area they are sitting in is a big problem area for me, I have some shallow acne scarring there. If there is something wrong, what could it be and what can be done about it?
