Recurring Fluid Collection After Smart Lipo

On 3/24, I had Smart Lipo done on my saddlebags and banana rolls. I was drained after procedure, drained again the next day, and by Friday, (3/28) I couldn't even sleep with the pain and fluid buildup on right side. I went to see my doctor again on 3/31, and he had to open incisions again and remove lots of fluid. Today, 4/2 I have fluid collection again. Why is this?

Seroma after Smartlipo

A seroma can happen after liposuction but is probably more common with the ultrasound technqiues and the laser lipolysis. Usually they "burn out" after repeated aspirations. Rarely are more involved procedures required.
