Recovery from tummy tuck, breast implants, and breast lift

Jeffrey E. Schreiber, MD answers: One month enough for Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift with Implants recovery?

I am planning on taking a month off work to have a Tummy Tuck and a breast lift with breast implants. Is that enough time off work if I'm a hair stylist?

One month is fine to go back to work, but I would recommend avoiding any heavy lifting or exercise for 6 weeks.  Also, make sure you take lots of breaks in between clients, and sit down as much as you can while working.  Good luck!
