Recovery Tips / Advice After a Panniculectomy

I will be having a Panniculectomy after losing over 200lbs (without surgery) and I am looking for others who have done this to share tips or advice on the recovery process, I would like it to go as smooth as possible, where can I find such tips / advice? Literally the nuts and bolts, how do you sleep comfortable, sit comfortable,did you raise the height of furniture? toilet seat? pain management? anything! I also would love to hear from the Doctors any suggestions, tips, advice. Thanks, Kathryn
