Can You Recommend a Revision Rhinoplasty Surgeon Able to Do Dr. Howard Diamond's "Button" Nose?

I had revision rhinoplasty to correct a few problmes from a small accident. I ended up with a very wide, crooked, collapsed nose with very bad breating problems. I know that many patients were happy with the surgical methods and "button" nose produced by Dr. Howard Diamond of Manhattan years ago. Can you recommend surgeons still willing and able to perform rhinoplasties and revision rhinoplasties using Dr. Howard Diamond's methods and to give them the "button" nose that was very popular?

Button nose

Over-resected noses rarely look good or function well in the long-term which is why most rhinoplasty surgeons today don't employ those methods

Dr. Howard Diamond's "Button Nose"

Dr. Diamond certainly was an icon of rhinoplasty surgery in the United States. However aesthetics and techniques have dramatically improved since his work in New York many years ago. Any surgeon experienced in revision rhinoplasty will be familiar with Diamond's work, but rather than asking for a specific approach, discuss alternatives to achieve clearly defined goals.
