Would You Recommend Dermal Filler to a 18 Year Old?

I'm 18 I have bad nasolabial folds and it sucks girls dont like me.. when ppl look at my face I feel that they look at my folds.  I dont feel young would you recommend this to me??  What are the chances of getting a bad filler job??
