Doctor or Clinic Recommendations for Fraxel Restore or Repair in London

I have a consultation with Dr Nicholas Lowe in 2 weeks - apparently he's highly sought after, was very hard to get an appointment. Was recommended by a friend BUT she hasnt had Fraxel - just IPL. 2 weeks ago I had a thorough consultation with dermatologist Mario Luca Russo (not the plastic surgeon Russo) and he seemed very knowledeable but didn't examine my skin closely at all - just looked from across his office table - not reassuring.
