That’s not a lot of Botox for correction of the crow’s feet. Most patients receive about 10 units on the average, and sometimes more, for correction.

Botox Injections For Crow's Feet

Botox injections can take up to 7 days to see a result.  Typically, injection around the crow's feet area is less impactful than botox injected into the forehead or glabella.  You may want to adjust your dosage based on the effect of your treatment.

It can take a week or more for the effects of your treatment to kick in. If you do not notice a change after one week, I would recommend following up with your provider and see what they advise. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.

Botox takes about 7 days to reach full effect

Your injector should have advised you that Botox is not instantaneous. It takes about 7 days to reach full effect on the muscles. Give this another week and if you are not happy, go back to see your physician.

#botox and result

Botox can take 5-7 days for it to "kick in" and work. I will often have patients come back at two weeks to make sure that they got the result that they wanted.

The results from Botox can take up to 10-14 days for the full effect.  I recommend waiting another week and evaluating the effect at that time.  If you still have concerns please follow up with your physician.  In addition, 5 units of Botox is a very low dose for this area and you may require more units at your follow up visit. Best Wishes.

It generally takes 5-7 days to have botox to take its full effect.    The muscle relaxation/paralysis (ie Botox effects) generally lasts for 3-5 months.  Hope this helps.

Botox can take up to a week, even 2, to have its full effect.

If the Botox asymmetry remains at 7 days, consider re-treatment on the side that didn't respond. Best wishes.
