What Are Potential Risks of a Reabsorbable Thread Lift?

I would like to try a reabsorbable thread lift to improve my n/f and marionette lines, tear troughs (mid face). Fillers are not an option for me, I am allergic, fat has caused me issues, and I'm to young nor willing to have a cheek/facelift at 33. What can go wrong other than it not lasting to long?
