Could Having Raynaud's Affect the Healing of a Revision Rhinoplasty?

December 22, 2011
Asked By:Rose Baker in River Vale, NJ

I was recently diagnosed with Raynaud's and Connective Tissue Disease. Could this be causing the lack of blood flow, throbbing and swelling on nasal tip after revision rhinoplasty that I had done 1-1/2 yrs. ago?.I would like a revision to correct the way my nose looks, it's overprojected & bulbous due to revision tip graft but I'm afraid of further throbbing & lack of blood flow. Anyone have experience with Raynaud's and Connective Tissue Disease and Rhinoplasty?
