My boyfriend has had this rash for about 3 weeks now. He has them all over his skin. -They aren't swollen, itchy, scaly, raised up, or hot. -They get larger when he gets hot or is in the sun. -They're on his legs, arms, chest, and back. -They're red and blotchy.

Three weeks of a rash

There are multiple reasons for wide-spread body rashes. Photosensitive disorders such as polymorphous light eruption, viral disorders, bacterial infections, skin manifestations of medication consumption, lyme disease and many many more.  The photograph is very impressive and he should see a dermatologist very very soon.
