Rash That Gets Worse in the Sun?

My boyfriend has had this rash for about 3 weeks now. He has them all over his skin. -They aren't swollen, itchy, scaly, raised up, or hot. -They get larger when he gets hot or is in the sun. -They're on his legs, arms, chest, and back. -They're red and blotchy.

Three weeks of a rash

There are multiple reasons for wide-spread body rashes.
