Will Accutane Help The Rash-Like Patches On My Face? Other Options?

I have these patches around nose on both sides forcouple months.There r clogged pores underneath.I've been to 2 derms they keep prescribing me antibiotics.These patches feel leathery to touch. They also get very oily and when I put moisturizer,it just sits on top.When i stretch my cheeks they look dry.They are also darker than rest of my face.I feel like they are swollen so makes it look like i have hollow eyes. Makeup make it even more noticeable.i am on accutane now again 2ndtime.will it help? Other options?
