Raised Scar/Cyst/Mole/Papilloma

Three months ago I developed a swelling of my nose. On top of the swelling was a large pimple. The swelling went, But unfortunately the pimple never went away. My derm said it was a scar, but it has a pore that oozes. I thought scars don't ooze. I got a kenalog injection to it that failed. What are my options in removing this? My PS suggested shave excision. I was told it was a scar, a cyst, a mole, a papilloma, I am very confused. What are my options in removing this thing? Please help.
