Surgery for a raised mole
Hi Theno
A raised mole can be rapidly removed by a skilled facial surgeon, right in the office in just a few minutes.
After several weeks, the fine line which is the scar will be almost imperceptible. Besides being the fastest treatment with an excellent result, surgical removal also allows for evaluation by the pathologist if there is any question as to the nature of the mole.
Hope this helps

Chin mole should be removed by elliptical excision
A raised mole on your chin can simply be removed in the office under local anesthesia. It should be elliptically excised with the orientation of the excision along the relaxed skin tension lines of the face. This will result in the least amount of visible scarring.

Mole Excision
This is a great question. A mole in this area can be removed via a small excision running parralel with the natural lines and contours of the face. This type of procedure is usually performed in the office with a local anesthetic and most individuals have little to no pain afterwards. With time the final result will be a thin white line that would be hardly noticable.
