It feels very good to scratch, but I am thinking that perhaps it only will prolong the condition. Maybe just a good brushing a few times a day is best and then try to just ignore it? Thank you so much for the advice. I really appreciate it.

Itching after a brow lift procedure
Many sensory nerves are transected (cut) during a brow lift procedure. When these nerves regenerate, they sometime itch. The problem becomes, because the skin is numb, when you itch it may cause some open sores. Be careful when itching, maybe put some Benadryl ointment on instead.
