What Can I Use to Quickly Lighten the Entire Complexion of my Body/face?

I am a 19 year old female & I wish to dramatically lighten my entire complexion safely, evenly, quickly, & effectively. Please let me know how I can do so without spending too much money. Thank you.

Lighten your skin

While there is a medicine that would do this, I suggest you think long and hard before you consider this. A dermatologist might even require you to see a psychiatrist before they would presribe the medicine. This would permanently change your life-maybe not for the better.
