LASIK: Q&A

Ask a Question

Question About Custom Lasik with Intralase?

I had surgery yesterday. My left eye has very sharp vision but my right eye is significantly blurry. Is it normal to expect that both eyes would respond the same? Should I expect the right eye to mellow down and be as sharp as the left eye? The doctor said everything looked right and the flaps are lined up right so why is one eye so sharp and the other so blurry? (when both eyes were essentially the same)

Recovery after LASIK

The two eyes normally don't even out until 1-2 weeks postop. So I wouldn't worry about any discrepancy
