I underwent rhinoplasty 1 month ago and I've been constantly hearing cracking noises in my nose when I drink or swallow food or randomly sometimes. I did not hit or touch my nose, I"ve always slept with my head upwards with a travel pillow so I deffinetly never hit it, I'm wondering if this is normal or if it means my nose is becoming crooked or something bad

Rhinoplasty - cracking nose

One month after your surgery, your nose is still healing.  However, the cracking sound is unusual.  I would recommend speaking with your surgeon and asking him/her about it.   Dr. Cat Begovic M.D.

An unusual noise in thenose while eating or moving your mouth is unusual. Without knowing exactly what was done it is difficult to suggest what the noise is coming from.. I suggest you speak with your doctor.
