Q Switch Laser Treatment Isotretinoin?

I am on isotretnoin treatment for acne. got it on my back during my teenage years. Now I am 31 and rarely get it but there are acne scars so am on 4 months treatment. I am going to get a Q swtich laser treatment for lightening my bikini area. No laser hair removal is involved. I got a spot test done and my skin did not react negatively at all; no blistering, redness or anything else. Can I get my Q switch treatment while on isotretnoin?
