I had an aggressive pulse dye laser treatment after I experienced prolonged inflammation post Co2 under my eyes. After the bruising from PDL, I now have skin atrophy and atrophic scarring under my eye.
Can pulsed dye laser cause skin atrophy and if so what can be done to improve it?
