I had CO2 Laser of lower lids that left a red streak and raised scar. The dermatologist then used Pulsed dye laser which has left Hyperpigmentation, textural changes and a 1/2" shallow Atrophic scar under my eye. Fraxel repair has not helped, could I do CO2 again to fix it?
