Pulse Dye Laser for Scar?

Pulsed Dye Laser is a great treatment for scars
You may have persistent redness for 6 weeks after Pulsed Dye Laser treatment, especially on the lower legs which are generally slower to heal than other body sites. PDL works by injuring the blood vessels and can cause temporary bruising and redness. However, PDL used aggressively is a powerful tool. Be sure you are seeing a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with extensive laser training and contact them with any issues you are having over unexpected post-laser effects.
