Product Advice for Puffy Eyes?
What is the best product over-the-counter to reduce puffiness under the eyes.

Witchhazel
That is the best over the counter product. Some people have also use Preparation H pads and found improvement. An over the counter Toner will help as well.

Treatment for puffy eyes
Puffy eyes can be caused by several things, allergies, heredity, excessive salt intake, to name a few. If the swelling fluctuates and you have allergy symptoms consider taking an antihistamine. If they occur after a night on the town you could apply a small amount of preparation H under your make up.
If the puffiness is there all the time the permanent way to address it is with eyelid surgery- blepharoplasty
