Treating lower eyelid puffiness

In my opinion the best treatment for this is to suture the eyelid fat causing the bulge to the deeper cheek fat, trim away any excess fat and remove excess skin if present. If you just remove the fat in the bulge or puffiness you can end up looking hollow.
