I have no idea. Without some photos and other information there is no way for me to tell and bottom line you need a good evaluation in person with an ophthalmologist to say for sure. There's probably a dozen if not more reasons for one eye looking smaller or asymmetric compared to the other.
Do I Have Ptosis? I notice recently that my right is smaller than my left eye is this ptosis?
