You should see an ophthalmologist for your lacrimal gland swelling and ptosis.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

The first thing you should do is see an Oculoplastic surgeon to work up your lacrimal gland swelling.  If this is treated, it can help the ptosis.  If not, ptosis surgery is certainly possible.  Good luck.

You may have a complex issue related to an inflammatory condition or other.  You should a thorough evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon.  The treatment would depend on what the underlying problem is.  It could be medications or surgery or combination.

Yes I see the issue in the posted photo. Best to have in person examination with an oculo plastic surgeon. Bring scans with you.
