Ptosis with a Swelling in the Lacrimal Glands, What Can I Do? (photo)

My left eye has a ptosis ans there is slight enlargement of the lacrimal glands too accordind to the "CT scan with contrast" report. frequently my left eye lid gets a swelling with a slight redness in the eyes. Can i undergo a surgery to resolve this? Can you suggest treatment for my problem?

The first thing you should do is see an Oculoplastic surgeon to work up your lacrimal gland swelling. If this is treated, it can help the ptosis. If not, ptosis surgery is certainly possible. Good luck.

Eyelid swelling

You may have a complex issue related to an inflammatory condition or other. You should a thorough evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon. The treatment would depend on what the underlying problem is. It could be medications or surgery or combination.

Yes I see the issue in the posted photo. Best to have in person examination with an oculo plastic surgeon. Bring scans with you.
