What Lasers Are Used to Treat Acne?

I'm looking into treating my active ance with lasers, most lasers are aimed at treating the scars, however I would like to treat my active acne on my back! please provide the list of lasers that are effective and how do they work on the skin?

Cooltouch C3, Smoothbeam, Isolaz

These three have a good track record improving active acne and are FDA approved. I have used both the Cooltouch and Isolaz in my office and like both. Talk to your dermatologist about the differences between the technologies, as one is better for darker skin than the other.
