Can Protein Effect Muscles During a Workout?
I have been on protein supplements for a short time now and I notice that when I work out I no longer feel the burn I would once get when weight training, instead I will continue to work out in hopes of feeling that burn, but instead I get my muscles fail and can't complete my reps. Is this a good thing? Am I getting the workout I need and building muscle?
