Can I Protect my Teeth from Furth Bulimia Damage if I Get Veneers?

After countless money & dentists they ask if I had an eating disorder and do sm repairs. I am in 30's & my teeth are very beautiful from the front, but in the back I have holes in my teeth. If bulimia is in remission should I get porcelain veneers? Also an US dentist appraised my teeth for $4,000 work like a crown & resin-1&2 surface, post-permanent treatments. So do I go to this normal dentist first and then go to a cosmetic dentist to get my veneers? Thanks for your help :)
