What Size Should a Breast Reduction Make Me to Be Proportionate?

I am happy being a plus size young woman. My posture is becoming affected but not my shoulders. I wear a size 40 G. I am extremely self concious about them as it is hard to find something appropriate to wear at age 18. I want to know what is a propotionate breast size? I am fairly active. I am 5' 7" and 245lbs. I currently wear a size 18/20. Any opioion would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

It is diffiuclt to tell you what would be proportionate for you without a good exam. Certainly you do not want to be made too small for you size.

The main issue, in my mind, is that your weight places you at significantly higher risks for operative complications with breast reduction.

Things have now changed and so has size just as an update. I still have not had a reduction. BUT.... I am now wearing a 42 I and this is in several different brands. I am 5' 8" and about the same weight and a size 18.
