What is Best Procedure to Get Rid of Belly Fat?

My daughter is 18 and has lost 25 pounds with about another ten pounds to reach her goal of 157 and she is 5 ft 7 inches tall. She looks good but she has a belly and excess skin even with diet and excercise. It is really a knock to her self confidence and as much as I am not one for procedures I can see where she could truly benefit from one. We have been trying to research heat type of procedure would get rid of excess skin and fat at belly area and also lower thighs.
