What Procedure Would You Recommend for my Severe Stretch Marks? (photo)

I understand that there is nothing that can be done that will remove the appearance of stretch marks completely but I'm desperate to at the least lighten the appearance of mine. I had my son ten months ago and I've tried everything from Miderma to cocoa butter and NOTHING has worked! I've done a bit of reading and I found that a mini tummy tuck could lessen the appearance but I've also come across the laser surgery procedure. Which do you recommend?
