Procedures for minimizing nose pores?

Are there any procedures for minimizing nose pores? I have used many different products that have never given me any results.

A: Retin-A is a good start

Canadian1, It is unclear if you have tried prescription products yet. However, I would suggest trying Retin-A which can be very effective. You will need to go to your doctor to get a prescription for the cream or gel. I hope this is helpful.

A: Nose pore reduction

Nasal pore reduction can be achieved with different lasers that can heat the skin and cause some tightening.  I use a Sciton Thermascan laser for this.

The topical products that consistantly help best with enlarged pores are the alpha and beta-hydroxy acids, including Glycolic, Lactic, and Salicylic Acids.  So if you haven't yet,  I would recommend trying an exfoliating wash or gel containing one of those acids. But regular use over several weeks or months will be required  to see improvement in your pore size - so be patient!  If you want to be more aggressive, then most facial laser treatments will help reduce pore size including Erbium micro peels, Yag laser treatments, or the more agressive fractionated laser treatments including Fraxel and Active FX.
