Hyaluronidase should not cause dents.

Sounds like you received steroid injections and not hyaluronidase. Steroid injections are strong cortisone injections and the usual one is triamcinalone acetate, also called Kenalog. It will cause atrophy or dents in the skin and adjacent fat if too much is used. Steroids are not used to dissolve hyaluronic acid gel fillers of any kind and Juvederm is one of these.

Hollow after juvederm

I think that it is unlikely that this has been caused by hyaluronidase or juvederm. As already said, I would ask whether there were any steroids injected. If there is a hollow you might try injecting area again but make sure that whoever does this knows what you want.

Hyaluronidase should not cause any hollows

Hyaluronidase injections if done properly should not cause atrophy or hollows. Please confirm with you doctor that he did not use a medication called triamcinalone in the injections. This is an injectable steroid sometimes used to treat inflammatory skin conditions such as large acne cysts and can occasionally cause skin atrophy. It is almost always reversible but may take many months. Additionally, a picture posting may help is figure out your problem a bit more precisely. more
