Problem with Nasolabial Silicone Injection
In the 90's, I sought to soften my deepening nasolabial folds (NLF). The plastic surgeon advocated microdroplet silicone. "I wouldn't be giving you what you paid for if it didn't last." The short term results seemed good until I realized that the injections overblew, flattening the NLFs completely giving me more of a chipmunk appearance. More problematic was ruining of my smile d/t the NLFs taking a curvilinear shape rather than linear (and symmetrical) sweep back. Any fixes/corrections?

Treatment of silicone injection complications
Silicone injections are difficult to correct but there are definitely options to reduce inflammation and granuloma formation in patients with silicone injection complications. Surgery90210

Nasolabial fold correction revision
Pictures would be helpful to give us a better idea of your problem. It might be possible to excise the area of filling and have a fairly undetectable scar. However, it all depends on your findings.
