I Got a Serious Problem with my Nose. Looks Like a Pimple, but it's been there for Three Years? (photo)

Help me please.There is something on my nose like a pickle but it isnt one....Its been there for 3 years..and no one knows what it is..Im asking you for professional help...Here is a picture...I tried to squeeze it but only blood comes out..Here is a picture..I need a anwser quick if i dont get any help i mey even get a surgery..Thats not what i want..Help me fast please...
