I had a filler injected over 10 years ago in south america. It never went away but now I have horrible looking lips mainly because the surface looks as though I have little air bubbles.. no one can tell me what to do.I had lip reduction surgery last year and the doctor removed a bit of the lip on the inside. he saw me recently and agrees that the lip grew back! help!I am not sure if I should have surgery again and where and what the cause of the horrible surface bubble like appearance is.see pic
