Excessive underarm sweating (ie. axillary hyperhidrosis) can be a very troublesome condition.
Treatment options include topical antiperspirants, oral medicines, miraDry, Botox injection, and surgery.
For a small percentage of patients, topical antiperspirants or oral medicines may suffice. However, most patients require stronger and more effective treatments.

Underarm sweating options - Hypercare, Botox, Suction Curettage, miraDry
For underarm sweating, if topical products (Certain Dri, Drysol, Hypercare) don't work or irritate the skin - or if antichoinergic medications don't work or have side effects (Robinul) and if Botox is not affordable (1500 dollars per session every 3 months), options are suction curettage (which I do not recommend any more since miraDry came on the market), then the best option to date is miraDry microwave technoogy - this is the best treatment (may need 2 sessions) today and is minimally...
