Problem with 1064 Nd: Yag on Nose. Blue Spot and Prominent Red Vessels.

I had rhinoplasty, which left a tiny spot of hyperpigmentation & blood vessels. 3 month post rhinoplasty, saw reputable dermatologist, who said yag would help. I told her I never had laser & I'm prone to melasma & use triluma occasionally. However, she treated a "dime sized area" (against my wishes to treat just the tiny spot). 3 weeks later, I now have a tiny blue spot on treated area, prominent red vessels; neither were there before yag. Nose looks bruised. Intended spot is unresolved also
