I had a septoplasty 4 years to fix my badly broken (4x) nose. Surgery was great and my breathing is immensely better but I want a rhinoplasty to fix the look of my nose. Would I be considered a primary or secondary rhinoplasty patient?

If only a septoplasty was done 4 years ago, I would consider your anticipated nasal surgery a primary rhinoplasty. Don't worry about semantics - pick an experienced surgeon whose results you like.
