How Can I Prevent Post-Fraxel Breakouts?

I have my second Fraxel treatment tomorrow. Last time I broke out 2 days after. Is there a way to prevent or minimize this?

Preventive measures to minimize acne flare after laser resurfacing

Ideally, laser resurfacing using Fraxel or Fractional CO2 laser should be performed by or in consultation with an experienced board-certified dermatologist who can guide you via a combination non-comedogenic post-op wound care cream and prophylactic oral antibiotics.
