Pressure from Facia Graft to Lips Causing Teeth Issues

I had a fascia graft in my upper and lower lips 11 yrs ago. I am 51 now. The tightness of the graft is puting constant pressure on my teeth when I smile and is pushing them back and adding to crowding. Can something be done to release some of the tightness of the graft? For example, If I put my finger between my lip and teeth then procede to smile it feels like a tight rope in my lip.
