I thought cartilage was flexible so lately I've been pressing on my nose, trying to flatten the LITTLE bony bump. I thought it might work. But ever since I started pressing it my nose has been hard to breathe out of and my sinuses feel all congested. It's been hard to breathe like this for MONTHS. I'm scared. Did I ruin my nose?
