Can a Pregnant Doctor Perform Cosmetic Laser Treatments (Q-switch, CO2, LP) on Patients?

Hi, I currently work in the aesthetic field and recently found to be 6 wks pregnant. Is it safe for me to continue giving my clients treatments? I mainly work with QS, LP and CO2 lasers. I also perform AHA peels, Botox and fillers. Thanks for your advise!
