You did not say specifically what your cardiac issues are. You obviously would need to have a medical clearance. If your cardiac issues are significant I would probably not recommend surgery until those are resolved if possible.

Breast lift (mastopexy) is a cosmetic procedure and therefore the standards for health and risk are higher than for procedures that are medically necessary. All patients should be completely evaluated before surgery as to their medical condition and the risks of surgery.
